Does Colitis And Severe UTI Lead To Blood In Stool And Urine?

I have been suffering from severe abdominal pain (upper and lower), and severe ovarian pain for a few months now. The first time I went to the ER because of the pain accompanied with light headedness, dizziness, and fatigue, plus bloody stool, throw up, and traces of blood in my urine. They told me that I had colitis, a severe kidney infection, severely swollen lymph glands in my stomach, and a severe uti. I was prescribed antibiotics (and did IV antibiotics as well) and pain pills. Nothing changed. When I went for my follow up things had actually worsened. I was prescribed another round of the highest antibiotics they can give you (other than IV given ones) and a different pain pill. Once again everything has only worsened and the pain is spreading. I don t know what else to do other than to go back to the ER. If anyone knows anything that it could be or could help I would love suggestions! The pain is borderline unbearable and I feel so sick, dizzy, weak, and nauseas all day.

HI
Well come to HCM
This may not be infection because if this is infection then this could have responded to antibiotic
Urine culture sensitivity is must, stool examination is also necessary
Till then condition can be managed with
Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day
If every test comes unremarkable then this could be functional condition
Hope this information helps, take care. (Clinical examination could give some clue )
