I fell backwards and hit my head pretty hard. It s been 2.5 days and I have a decent size egg on the back of my head that absolutely kills when I touch it. I iced it the first nite & again last nite. Will ice help again Tonite? I basically slept with ice on my head last nite. I have a headache that only subsides a little bit....my pupils look ok...but I can feel the headache more behind one eye. How long should I wait to see if headache improves? Also, should I massage the very tender spot so it doesn t form a clot? Does heat help? Is ice useless at this point? Thanks
