Does Changes In Plasma Viral-load Values Indicate HIV?

Respected madam...feb 19 i had unprotected sex...after i have hiv symotoms..so i tested (march 3rd) (pcr real time qualitative viral load test)..that test result is target is undetected 40ml....same march 3rd i tested anti hiv cmia test...that test result is non reactive(0.13)..after march 10 (20 days xposure) p24 antigen test..thats also negative madam.....after march 26th(5 weeks) i tested anti hiv clia test..thats negative but value(0.36)...that same day i tested western blot antibody test....thats negative only madam...but iam very worried about that value madam..that means (0.13)...(0.36)...perday 1 pointt was incresed madam...

Welcome to HCM.
Nothing to worry about these values. They have no values in interpreting the disease pattern. Are they positive or not? Anything less than the 'cut off' value is considered as negative for HIV, That is all.
CMIA and Western blot test are antibody based tests, They will become conclusive only by 12 weeks after the high risk contact.
Regarding the PCR what you had was quantitative not qualitative. They only they express the no. of viral copies and level of undetectable etc. That will not be very much useful in diagnosis of HIV, but useful to asses the prognosis of HIV disease. More over PCR and P24 antigen tests can detect HIV as early as 1-2 weeks, become conclusive by 4 weeks only. These tests can rule only HIV 1 infection and not HIV 2 unless it is specified.
