My c5 and c6 are herniated. Pain started +6 months ago. I have seen an orhopedic doctor who reccomends a cortisone shot (which I have not done yet). I did PT for 6 weeks and had some relief but left there and went to a chiropractor who has had me in traction 2x a day for + 2 months. Going to Europe in 4 weeks and don't want to carry traction device. Do you advise the injection?
