Does Boiled Eggs With Black Salt And Milk Increases The BP?

I took 2 boiled eggs with black salt and milk and suddenly my blood pressure went up to 160/90. After 12 hours my blood pressure became normal but my heart was still beating fast. What could be the reason. I m 32 years old with a weight of 70 kgs and height 154 cms

Dear sir

Yes it increases the blood pressure because.

Salt contains sodium chloride and eggs contains albumin causes increased colloidal pressure which causes increases blood pressure but it does not cause that much rise in the blood pressure which increases more than normal range

Salt restriction less than 4 gm per day is adviced.

Starting a betablockers are adviced.
