Does Body Massage Will Help In Getting My Skin Toned?

Hi, I am 24 year old female.. my height is 5-4 and 6 month back i was 74 kg but now i am 64 kg due to my diet plan and brisk walking..But my skin has loosen up now and my tummy is not reduced much..Does body massage will help in getting my skin toned or is there any other way like spa..sauna bath will help?? Plz guide

First of all congratulations for achieving such a significant weight loss. You should also start inspiring others in the community now. With such amount of weight loss, skin tone does get disturbed. Yes massage is helpful. Also do certain strenghtening exercises and stretches. Joining a gym would be ideal. Refrain from sauna bath as it could harm your skin further due to excessive heat.

It appears you have excess cellulite. For toning you may try tone up anti-cellulite creams available in the market. Stick to healthy diet. No junk food. Add fresh fruits and vegetables everyday. Drink plenty of water.

its just because sudden reduction of weight
add much water intake and plenty of juices or juicy fruits in your daily diet that will help you in lifting up your skin

Congrats for what u achieved, here u go some advices for toning:
1. Join a Gym doing some light weighs exercises , so muscles & skin will be toned
2. Massage will do great as it will increase vascularity to ur skin
3. Do EMW sessions which are electro-magnetic waves as they help strectching skin
