Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from inflammation of the mucosa of the palate leading to Apthous Stomatitis and the cause can be irritation caused with the antibiotic while can also be due to injury with the upper denture if there is any sharp areas on the tissue surface of the denture..
I would suggest you to start gargling with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine especially before meals to relieve burning..
You can also take a multivitamin tablet daily..
Gargle with cool water and suck ice to reduce inflammation..
You can also avoid spicy and sour foods..
Do warm saline gargles..
Get the denture evaluated by a dentist and if there are any sharp areas get them trimmed and smoothened..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
