Does Aspirin Help To Control Crp Levels In Blood?

Hi,

I am a 51 old female. I have no health issues to speak of. My yearly bood test always show my CRP level to be considerebly high. It has been recommended to me to take a 325 mg aspirin a day. I have done this for several years now. My gums bleed everytime I brush my teeth. Do I really need to take the 325 mg?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Aspirin has no direct relationship with your crp. However high crp is a risk factor for coronary heart disease. To avoid that they are using aspirin. If you have bleeding problem they you should consult your physician and reset the dosr of aspirin accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
