Does Any Vitamins Help For Menopause Problems?

I am a 42 yr old women going thru menopause I believe . Periods are irregular and all I want to do is sleep. When I get out of bed Ivan not wait to get back in it. I have no energy and get moody. Is there vitamins or something I can do to help get energy back?

1-Take adequate intake of calcium and vitamin D.
2-Good intake of food high in protein, vitamins and mineral.
3-Increase fluid intake and avoid skipping meals
