Does Anxiety Result In High BP?

My blood pressure has been high because of stress for some time. Things are back to normal but BP is 121/53 much lower. I am on 5mg Lisinipril and 2.5 extended Filidipine every night. the Filidipine taken again in the morning. Is this a problem reading

hello there...
you are one antihypertensive and that to two of them..Your Diastolic bp is low.in my opinion you sgould visit your doctor who has prescribes you these two medicines and ask him if he can decrease the dose or stop one of these.
yes anxiety can lead to high bp and palpitations.
