Does Anesthesia Dosage Twice In A Week Adversely Affect One’s Health?
My mother-in-law had a colonoscopy done and a polyp was removed. In the procedure they used anesthesia. A week later she had a tooth removed and they used anesthesia. Would having used anesthesia twice in one week period have and adverse effect on her? Thank you. Milton

In case of colonoscopy mild sedation is usually given.
and in case of tooth extraction local anesthesia will be given.
These anesthetic agents will short half and will be rapidly cleared from our body.
Need not panic as these will not cause any adverse effects when given weeks apart.
