Does An Advanced Freeze Wart Remover Kit Have Any Side Effects?

I recently purchased an Advanced Freeze Wart Remover kit from CVS and applied it to small warts around my knee. I think I got a burn from it, because the skin where I applied it is now purple-ish. It's been 4 days and no improvement has been made. What should I do?
