Does A Uterine Fibroid Cause Elevated ESR Levels?
I had 22weeks abortion (pre term labour) due to fibroid( begining it was 5cm, during pregnancy it grew to 9cm) complications. My ESR value is 62. Can fibroid cause elevated esr? I am also experiencing left side pelvic pain (strtd 2 weeks before abortion, still continuing but intensity is less nw)

Your pelvic pain could be because of abortion. USG pelvis scan is advisable to check complete abortion process. USG will also rule out any other organic cause if present.
