Does A Pineal Cyst Cause Hormonal Changes?

I am a 55 year young women in good health, a pineal cyst was incidentally found doing and MRI, for the past 2 years I have had signs of a thyroid problem, which have been ruled out, I have had two physical and they say nothing is wrong, have went through menopause but still fell strange, could this pineal cyst be affecting my hormones?

This is not likely to be caused by pineal cyst unless this is larger than 2 cm and compress surrounding brain structures. Your should check your hyphophysis hormones and steroid hormones since problem may be in endocrine glands
