Does A Massage Cause STD Transmission?

Hi i went to a massage and was given a oiled handjob without any protection. I am having the following worries regarding the possibility of getting STIs, HPVs, HIV. 1) i can t really see if there are any open wound, sore, cuts, warts on the hands/fingers of the masseur. Assuming there are, what is my risk of getting the above? 2) I have rubbed the clitoris area, outer ureathra area with my fingers for 10-15 seconds and grabbed her breast. After maybe 3-5 mins I may have unknowingly touched my penis while cleaning up with a wet wipe. Again, what is my risk of transferring any of the above from my fingers to penis? Your assistance/advice is deeply appreciated and I am really very worried. Thank you.

Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
dear user

you had indirect contact your penis with secretions of another person and the risk is minimal for infection but possible

about hiv you shouldnot worry that indirect touching your penis will not transmit hiv as within that 3-5 minutes hiv cant live outside the body as it is very weak virus
but you may get minimal risk of hsv2 that genital herpes and syphylis bacteria
if you noticed any sores or secretions discharge from your penis you should refer to infectious disease doctor as to do investigations like vdrl test and clinical examination will reveal diagnosis of the sores
if you have no symptoms of that you need not to worry
also if your masseur has any bacterial infection or viral infection of hands like herpes lesion may btransmit this to you buy direct contact with your penis especially if you had penile injury or inflammation

take care of your self

wish you healthy life
