Does A Lump On The Instep Of The Foot Require Medical Attention?
So I sprained my ankle about 5-6 weeks ago. I couldn t walk on it until 3 days after. Now I can walk and run on it and I even played in the rest of my basketball games 2-3 weeks after my injury. But now there s a hard small lump/bump on the top of my foot where my leg begins. It feels like a bone I m not sure why it is there. Should I get it checked out or will it eventually heal?
