Does A Low Lying Placenta During Pregnancy Harm The Fetus?

hello. i am 20 weeks pregnant. i had an subchronic hommerrage along the anterior wall of gs in my 11 weak placenta was loacted in posterior wall grade 1 maturity. again i had scan at 18 weak and my placenta is located on posterior wall grade 2 maturity not low lying. cervix -3.3cm internal os is closed. is the condition is not good my doctor says everything is ok and no bed rest from now. i am.worried about grade 2 maturity please help

hello there.
thank you for query.
There is no need to worry .As the pregnancy advanced ,the placenta also get matured and this is what mentioned in your USG report.As your placenta is not low lying hence there are no chances of placenta previa .This is why your doctor didn't prescribe you bed rest.
Don't worry about the placental maturity.
