Does A Head Injury Cause Numbness On The Face?

I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and upon arrival I was dropped by the emt workers who flipped the gurney over and I landed on my head in the street Since then my left side is numb and I get severe headaches every day Can you tell me if my falling on my head would cause the numbness in my left side and the headaches
