at age 4 my child was hit in the forehead with hardback book thrown at him by a 14 year old, he was hit so hard that both of his eyes were black, school has diagnosed him with learning disability, he`s in special ED. has speech impairment, problems focusing, writes some letters backward. could this be a direct result of this injury, he was taken to emergency room by my ex wife and she told me they said he had soft tissue damage but was fine,
