Does Zolfresh Help In Treating Sleeplessness?
I am 25 i have a sleeping problem already..its hard to sleep Nowdays i have to sleep with my 3 brothers they play games enjoy late night i have my timing of the job so i have to wake up early in morning if i take zolfresh 5 mg will that give me a deep sleep that no one can disturb me we sleep in same room on same bed because of circumstances woll that make me unconscious or deep sleep so i can sleep without waking up for atleast 4-5 hours. I ll be very thankful doctor

Before taking medicines, rule out the reason behind your sleeplessness. You can try sleep hygiene in which you go for sleep only when you feel sleepy, avoid caffeine and smoking after evening.
Keep your bed only for sleeping, don't eat or read book or do any other activity on bed other than sleeping. If there is anything worrying then write it on a paper and try to find its solution next morning.
Regarding zolfresh 5 mg, it's a low dose medicine and can be taken safely. There are usually no post side effect at such low dose and it does not cause dependence.
