General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do a physical exam by your treating Doctor and do few investigations like [TSH, Fasting Blood sugar, CBC]to rule out any underlaying pathology.

2)Discuss with your Doctor about anti depressant in low dose and do regular exercise by your physio.

Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Try to reduce stress. Make a plan to avoid or limit overexertion and emotional stress. Allow yourself time each day to relax.

2)Try to improve sleep habits. Go to bed and get up at the same time each day. Limit daytime napping and avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine.

Hope that helps
