I switched from losartan 100 to valsartan 320 about 3 months ago, and I have had a runny nose ever since. Now the supplier has changed, and I am short of breath, and extremely tired. I still have the losartan, and tested by taking it instead and didn t feel this tiredness and breath shortness.

Your symptoms are of an allergic nature and it is as you have shown due to Valsartan. You can change over to Losartan with your doctor's consent.
