Does Unwanted 72 Cause Vaginal Spotting?

Hello, I had my last period on 5th Jan.I and my partner had unprotected sex on 10th jan.11th Jan I had taken unwanted72.Again 13th &14th we had unprotected.Today I.e.19th I am spotting red vaginal bleeding.Is this a side effect of tablet or implantation bleeding?we are in planning so what should I do to stop if it is a sign of pregnancy....pls give me the solution...
