Does Tylenol PM Interact With Keppra, Felbatol And Lamotrigine?

my son has epilepsy and takes 3 medications (Keppra XR 750 mg (3750/day), Felbatol 600 mg (3000/day) and Lamotrigine 200 mg (1000/day) to control his seizures. He has a sinus infection and is having trouble sleeping. Is it okay for him to take Tylenol PM to help him sleep?

Hi,

It doesn't interact with them much. DEXTROMETHORPHAN is an ingredient in other cold medicines that do interact some.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
