Does Turmeric Control Pain And Inflammation In Bones?

I am wanting to take Turmeric Curcumin because I have arthritis and it is becoming painful and have been hearing good reports about how Turmeric controls pain and inflammation. I do take meds for b/p and do not want to cause any problems for myself. I take Amlodipine 5 mg, Aspirin, Clopidogrel 75mg, Clonidine HCL 0.2mg 2X s daily, I also have epilepsy and take Zonisamide 100mg 2 x s daily. I am 80 yrs old, if it matters and female. and actually in pretty good health.

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Turmeric circumin are antioxidants. It doesn't exacerbate inflammation rather it helps. it has got interactions with Aspirin and clipidogrel. However these are not significant interactions. Aspirin in itself helps in relieving inflammation.
I would like to advise you to change your diet.
low sugar, low omega6 fatty acids, high omega 3 fatty acids.
Include these things in your diet
ginger, strawberry, fish.
Hope it helps best.
