Hello,
Thank you for asking on HCM!
I would like to inform you further regarding hypothyroidism and pregnancy.
First let me say that TSH doesn't raise the Hcg level but you should be pregnant. Three weeks after ovulation and conceptions the pregnancy test may be positive.
What I would suggest you regarding to your hypothyroidism is to take under close control the TSH level and to adjust the Thyronorm doses during every month of pregnancy.
It is very important for a good outcome of pregnancy and the development of your baby!
Wishing you good health!

Kind regards,
Dr.M.Guni
