Does Thyronorm Elevate TSH Level In Blood?

Hi Doctor. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and had been taking 50 mcg of Thyronorm for some months now and my TSH levels were normal, but recent blood test showed that the TSH level has increased to 10. Should I up my dose and to how much? Will taking gym supplements affect the TSH level and will exercise help?
