Does Step Up Body Growth Formula Help To Improve Height?

Hi I m 21 female and just seen ad of step up body growth formula. can u plz suggest is it effective or just a fake. my height is 4 ft 11 inches. if this medicine is not good then can you please suggest a medicine or anything to increase my height atleast 3 to 4inches..

It would not help.

At the end of the long bones there is an area called the epiphyseal plate. This area is involved in adding new bone and therefore adding length and height.

At the end of adolescence, this area undergoes a change and bone is no longer added.

This means that at your age, no further growth is likely to occur.This would not change is medication is used because medication will not cause the epiphyseal plate to start making new bone at this age.
