Does Sjögren S Syndrome Affect The Eyes?

I have been diagnosed with sjogrens disease and it is effecting my vision. I am in XIIDRA for eyes. I have been having symptoms and treatment for bladder incontinence. No infection, but two cystoscope sand dialation of Urethra, Could my bladder issues be co. Ectoderm to Sjogrens?

Autoimmune diseases feature the abnormal production of extra antibodies in the blood that are directed against various tissues of the body. Possible that you may have multiple connective tissue disorders may develop stricture urethra if associated with scleroderma or systemic sclerosis.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
