Does Rigevidon Cause Increased Appetite And Oily Skin?

I have just switched from Yasmin to rigevidon because I have reached the age of 36 and it was recommended that I transfer to a lower risk pill. I have also just completed a course of roaccutane for acne from which I have suffered since I was a teenager. It is early days, but I have noticed that my skin is more oily (I have to re-apply face powder to my nose at lunchtime), I am constantly hungry and although I am resisting eating more than I am accustomed to, I have gained weight and look more rounded all over. I have been 52k to 54k for quite some time. I am now 55k to 56k. Is this the change in pill, or just a coincidental reaction to the cold weather and heating?
