I just have a quick question. my wife had her right heart cath done last Wednesday, her results stated that her mean pulmonary artery pressure was 18, she takes procardia xl 30mg for her blood pressure, do you think it would affect her cath results? they did not tell her not to take the procardia xl before her right heart catheterization test. the test was 4 hours after she took the procardia. i read somewhere that they use procardia xl to treat pulmonary hypertension because of the ccb s also she is 3months postpartum and he preeclampsia 48 after giving birth. thanks
