Does Prevalite Help In The Treatment Of A Twisted Bowel?

I have a slight twist of colon and adhesions around intestines and colon I have had an unsuccessful colonoscopy due to twist in colon and adhesions have caused colon to become elongated and just had barium CT s and have been prescribed prevalite I am told it is used for biliary obstructions my question is will this help and or will I eventually end up having one more operation to add to my list of them

If you develop intestinal obstruction, you might require surgical correction.
