Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Infertility can be treated in various ways depending upon what is the cause of infertility. Placentrax in some studies has shown to reduce inflammation and help in cases of tubal damage in cases of pelvic infection. Have you been checked for the same?

Please make sure that you are investigated properly before embarking on the sometimes difficult journey of infertility treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepti Gupta
