Does Piriton Cause Tight Sensation In The Chest?

Can Piriton 4 mgs help my tight chest . Which gives me a wheeze on expiration . I havetaken a ventolin inhaler with not much relief and also at present having some steam to inhale as this helps .the ventolin icauses me to get irregular heart beats .ihave been treated with a chest infection recently and also had a dose of prednisalone for one week taking 30 mgs daily . I am also on a double amount of my clenil inhaler .

Dear the above drug can cause sleepiness or unusual drowsiness,blurred or double vision
dry mouth,Jaundice,aplastic anemia etc..

But tightness of chest not observed. But every patient may respond differently. it may be due to allergy. just stop the drug and see how your responding. if not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
