Does Oribitrak Elite And Treadmill Help In Weight Reduction?
Hi I'm a Sri Lankan female of 22 years working as HR Assistant in a School. I am 165in cm and 5ft 5inches tall and I weigh around 80kgs. I gained weight with gastritis I got in February, but even still I weight around 75kgs. Previously when I did for a Gym for a month every day when I wighed 75 or 76kgs, I only lost around 5kgs which is like 70kg, but as I know my weight should be around 65 kg as per BMI. Doctor, What I want to know is that I hoping to buy a Oribitrak Elite first and then buy a treadmill because my parents doesn't like for me to go a gym. Pl advise how it could work in terms of weight loss and pl recommend a simple food regime tips to follow of what to avoid and what to have ...

I understand your concerns about obesity and feel for you when you ask if oribitrak elite is going to help since it is very individual and everyone react to these non-allopathic medications differently. Unfortunately there are only two ways to gaining or losing weight - one being exercise, which will increase your appetite or help lose fat and the other being eating right, meaning to say eating more or less if you want to gain or lose weight. Thought there may be medicines that help in the process, the above mentioned are natural and do not have side effects. I hope you understand.
