Does NuvaRing Use By My Girlfriend Cause Soreness Of My Penis?

My girlfriend uses the NuvaRing and I ve been having issues with the head of my penis being rubbed almost raw. Is there something we can do to prevent this, is this even normal?? We do not have extremely frequent intercourse but when we do it s an issue.

Nuvaring is a hormonal contraceptive device that is worn by females in poster fornix of vagina.
If you are having problem in intercourse then you can ask your partner to avoid this contraceptive device and instead she can use copperT or other hormonal intrauterine device or oral contraceptive pills.
Optionally you can use condom for contraceptive purpose because if you are having problem with Nuvaring, then there is no purpose of wearing it for contraception.
