General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Novex DS Tablet contains Ormeloxifene as ingredient. It is anti-estogen medication and works by exerting a contraceptive effect to normalise the uterine bleeding.
The following side effects can happen, but would eventually go away.
1. Delayed menses
2. Nausea and Vomiting
3. Headache
4. Weight gain
It is not known to alter blood glucose levels.
Kindly get yourself evaluated by consulting Physician so that appropriate treatment could be instituted.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
