Does Nortriptyline Cause Depression With Suicidal Tendency?

Noratriptaline (spelling wrong) ..my medical person has suggested this, not a very talkative person nor listener..in the past these type of pills have made me suicidal..so i am fearful ..it is a very overwhelming feeling to be suicidal when you aren t normally like that...so what are my odds with this pill
