General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your Query carefully.
As per details, if your Pregnancy test is positive. Stop taking norethisterone immediately,as it is a synthetic hormone it will not effect your pregnancy but may be small amount of bleeding on discontinuation.
You should go for Ultrasound and then consult you Gynaecologist.
Start taking Folic acid for first three months and after that Iron and calcium supplements.
Go for regular check ups.
Take healthy Diet.
Hope so it will be helpful. You can write again for follow up or in case of any query.
Wish you Good Health.
Regards
