Does Nimulid Taken For Headache And Stress Have Side Effects On Liver?

i sometimes have headache (at back side of head).it gets severe when i suffer from emotional stress.usually i take nimulid tablet.it has wonderful effects on my headache.it goes by 10-15 minutes with openning my eyes as well as brain. i feel fresh & active after taking this medicine. but i heard it has bad effect on liver. suggest me the reason of headache at back and medicine also.
