General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Naturogest SR is a progesterone supplement. It helps maintain your pregnancy. Folinine is Folic acid. It helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects in your baby. I would advise against Torchnil because some of the active ingredients are contraindicated during pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
