Hello dear.
Understand your concerns.
yes dear, it is side effects of IUCD.
IUCD cause heavy bleeding, irregular bleeding, cramps, automatic removal of IUCD, pelvic infection
it is different from women to women.
It will settled with times, so don't worry dear.
But if it will worse then consult the gynecologist and get examined.
Take proper rest, tablet meftal spas, drink plenty of water and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
I hope it will help you.
Thanks
