General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Both Meloxican and Eliquis may cause dizziness as a potential side effect.
It is important to let the doctor know of this symptom he is developing and have a thorough examination to determine if the dizziness is due to the drugs he is using or due to some other condition.
After this, the doctor will be able to decide if he will need to switch him to other medications or not.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
