Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that Mitral valve stenosis progress slowly over time. As you have Mitral Stenosis from 2015 but you had minimal symptoms that don't require attention but now you are developing fatigue and dizziness like symptoms that needs to be managed before they get worse.

Kindly get one ECG and Echocardiography done and consult with a Cardiologist for further treatment.

Hope to have been Helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr. Navneet Bansal
