Does Lupron Cause Vaginal Bleeding?
Hi, I m on Lupron and it s been 10 days since my injection. I woke up this morning bleeding from my vagina. I finished my period 9 days ago. Is this normal? I also had sex with my partner on Thursday night and we used a banana with a condom. He was being kinda rough with it and had left me sore. Do you think I injured myself?

Lupron (leuprolide) overstimulates the body's own production of certain hormones, which causes that production to shut down temporarily.
Leuprolide reduces the amount of estrogen in women and may cause irregular bleeding, but in my opinion in your case, your vaginal bleeding is due to rough sexual games.
Avoid sex for one to two weeks and apply over-the-count emolients locally. Practice good hygiene also.
