Does Lisinopril Cause Low Sodium Levels In The Blood?

A week ago I had chest pain,along with lightheadedness,headaches and fatigue that I have been dealing with for 2 months,blood samples were taken,I stayed overnight in hospital with nurse adding a saline drip ,and nuclear stress test in morning,well stress test showed I have a healthy heart,but blood test showed I had low sodium in blood and I was dehydrated,the thing is I stared taking lisinipril a little over 2months ago ,could it be the cause for my problem?

Usually lisinopril doesn't have any serious side effects.
Dizziness and lightheadedness are common side effects of it.

Lisinopril usually causes high potassium blood level, so I think the symptoms are more related to low potassium level rather then from lisinopril.
