General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

Being on ezra (letrazole) requires a certain pattern. You will have to take one tablet per day from the 3rd till the 7th day of your menstrual cycle. From the 8th day of your cycle, use an ovulation kit (to be used around 4 pm (urinate in a glass and place the strip in the urine filled glass for 10 seconds), and then read the result. Check for ovulation everyday, and if you find a positive result or a result very close to positive, have intercourse on that very day and the next 2 days that follow.

Also visit your gynaecologist around mid cycle to see how things are going and how you are responding to the lezra. Also write to me using our paid service, I will help you further.

Best wishes.
