Does Klacid Xl Kills Bacteria And Prevent HIV?

Hello, 4 weeks ago, i have had sex with a women in dubai, with a Condom, but i had a kissed her, and had a sore throat infection, some type of mucous coming out, recently due to the change of weather, i had a runny nose, and my throat became a little worse, but now recently, i had taken a pill called, KLACID XL, and slowly my body is healing and i am feeling better. Now my question is, does klacid xl gets rids of bacteria before forming HIV? Does Klacid XL, kills bacteria and cleans the body system, from HIV?

Sore throat , running nose, mucous , body ache all are due to upper respiratory infection ( most probably ) , as you are taking KLACID XL i.e clarithromycin , this is a macrolide type antibiotics and very effective against susceptible infections, respiratory infections etc .
I want to tell you that this drug is effective against bacteria responsible for URI but HIV is not a bacterial disease .
This is a viral disease and antibacterial antibiotics are NOT effective at all against HIV infection.
2nd point , you asked , does klacid get rid of bacteria before forming HIV?
As I mentioned that if HIV infection is there it will effect your body and klacid will not interfere in it in any way.
2nd question is clean the body from HIV ( by klacid )?
No , it can't clear the HIV infection.
Now about HIV infection .
In your case you had PROTECTED sex , so no chance of transmission of HIV .
Saliva contains endogenous antiviral factors , so HIV transmission can not occurs in this way.
In my opinion you are HIV free.

No this antibiotic can't kill HIV. There are separate set of medicines called ' Anti Retro viral drugs' which can kill HIV .
