Does Keflex Cause Elevated Liver Enzymes?

My granddaughter age 6 had a very serious reaction to amoxicillin that she took to treat strep throat last March and is now, a year later, taking keflex for strep throat. Could she have the Same type of reaction to keflex? Her reaction to amoxicillin caused her liver enzymes to become elevated to the 3000 level. Yes, 3000. The enzymes are currently in the 36-38 area after a year of monitoring by Riley Hospital of Indiana. We are very concerned and may have a reaction to keflex.
