General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Implanon contain Etonogestrel and cause irregular bleeding for first 3-4 month.
But it your case as your bleeding will continue for longer time, you have to consult the gynecologist and need gynecological examination, USG scan to find the cause of persistent bleeding.
Sometime due to excessive bleeding, implant can be removed. And you have to use another contraception method.
Doctor may provide tranexemic acid, procera tablet to stop bleeding.
Hope this may help you
est regards
